The hotel provides comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the lake, making it an ideal location for families with kids. the hotel staff is patient, helpful, and agreeable, providing excellent service during check-in and breakfast. the park surrounding the hotel is a great place for kids to play and enjoy their stay. the rooms have ample electrical outlets and are well equipped with facilities to make guests' stay more comfortable.
The hotel lacks equipment to prepare coffee/tea in the rooms.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with an incredible view of the lake. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful park. The staff, however, was the best part of the experience. Despite arriving late for check-in, the receptionist was kind and helpful. At breakfast, the staff was friendly and agreeable.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. Not having any coffee/tea equipment in the rooms was a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable rooms, great location with fine lake view, nice park surrounding hotel, fantastic staff. Receptionist helpful and patient during check-in, breakfast staff agreeable.

the location was ideal, providing an uninterrupted view of the lake and a charming park to take a stroll. the hotel staff was fantastic, and despite our late arrival, they were patient and helpful. the breakfast staff was also very friendly and made us feel at home.
There were no tea or coffee-making equipment in the rooms, which was inconvenient. there was a shortage of electrical outlets in the rooms, making it a bit difficult for charging multiple devices simultaneously.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and patient at check-in. The location is fine with a great view of the lake. The hotel facilities are comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
